Jesmonite AC830 is a rapid setting acrylic polymer modified cementitious casting composite. It is a material with compensating shrinkage, with low permeability and is resistant to all conditions of external atmospheric influence. The compound is intended for the production of fine decorative castings, statues and applications coming into contact with water, as well as decorative castings that are durable and cold-resistant.
It is recommended that Jesmonite AC830 Liquid be used within twelve months and Jesmonite AC830 Powder should be used within six months of the date stated on the packaging.
- Very high resistance under all conditions of external atmospheric influence, suitable for applications coming into contact with water, sculptures, architectural elements, etc.
- On request, it can be painted in a wide range of selected colors suitable for a building facade, containing UV resistant oxide pigments.
- A self-leveling casting system that does not require vibration equipment to make vented castings, just brush the first layer of material onto the mold, then pour the rest of the material.
- Compatible with a wide range of fiber reinforcements such as PVA Fibers and Polypropylene Fibers to increase durability.
