Епоксидни лепила

Епоксидни лепила are versatile, high-performance bonding agents designed for a wide range of applications. These adhesives are renowned for their exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to environmental factors, making them ideal for both industrial and household uses.

Key Features

Two-Part System: Epoxy adhesives typically consist of a resin and a hardener, which, when mixed, create a strong, durable bond.

High Bond Strength: These adhesives provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and wood.

Chemical and Environmental Resistance: Epoxy adhesives offer superior resistance to chemicals, heat, and moisture, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications, from industrial assembly and repair to DIY projects and crafts.

Gap-Filling Properties: Epoxy adhesives can fill gaps and irregularities, making them ideal for uneven surfaces and joints.

Durability: Once cured, these adhesives form a tough, rigid bond that can withstand significant stress and load.

Приложения

Automotive Repairs: Ideal for bonding metal parts, filling gaps, and repairing cracks in vehicles.

Construction: Used for bonding and sealing materials in construction projects, including concrete, wood, and metal.

Electronics: Effective for securing and insulating electronic components.

Marine: Suitable for boat repairs and underwater applications due to their water-resistant properties.

DIY Projects: Perfect for a wide range of home improvement and craft projects.

Aerospace: Used in the assembly and repair of aircraft components due to their high strength and reliability.

How to use

Preparation: Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion.

Mixing: Measure the resin and hardener according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically in a 1:1 ratio. Mix thoroughly until a uniform blend is achieved.

Application: Apply the mixed adhesive to the surfaces to be bonded. Ensure even coverage and press the surfaces together.

Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure as per the manufacturer’s instructions, usually at room temperature. Curing times can vary based on the specific product and environmental conditions.

Post-Cure: For maximum strength, some epoxy adhesives may require a post-cure process involving elevated temperatures.

7410

7410 is a transparent, fast curing epoxy resin adhesive. The adhesive is most appropriate for bonding of metals, ceramic, glass, rubber and hard plastics. It is often used as a repair adhesive, for cable potting, for jewellery manufacture or as a structural adhesive in mechanical engineering.
